Alsace, a land of talent: launch of the Choiseul Alsace ranking

Alsace is proudly showcasing its appeal to top talent and its vibrant economic landscape with the launch of the very first edition of the “Economic leaders of tomorrow – Choiseul Alsace” ranking. This list highlights 100 individuals under the age of 40 who represent the region’s spirit of innovation, commitment, and economic diversity. The wide range of profiles featured reflects Alsace’s unique ability to blend industrial heritage, entrepreneurial excellence, and a strong European outlook.

The ranking is based on a rigorous methodology that evaluates candidates using objective criteria such as economic impact, leadership, regional engagement, and responsiveness to societal challenges. The result is a representative snapshot of the Alsatian ecosystem, including SME and mid-cap executives, entrepreneurs, and key players in sectors like tech, healthcare, the environment, and culture.

This initiative aligns perfectly with Bien en Alsace, the regional employer branding campaign led by ADIRA. Launched in 2024, Bien en Alsace has already brought together over 100 companies and partners around a shared mission: to attract, retain, and nurture talent in Alsace.
