The historical activity of Dumarey, located at the Port Autonome de Strasbourg, has evolved, and buildings and land on its industrial site are now available for lease.
The portion of the site not used for Dumarey’s operations will be transformed into an Industrial Campus, offering a wide range of spaces tailored to the needs of industrial, logistics, and technology companies.

A structured and flexible industrial site
The campus spans 90 hectares, including 79.4 hectares of owned land. It features 11.3 hectares of built-up areas, divided among industrial halls, laboratories, offices, and technical zones. There is also an expansion potential of 19.6 hectares, including easily adaptable surfaces and designated parking areas (up to 800 spaces).
The buildings are organized into six distinct halls, with available spaces ranging from 4,500 to 32,000 m². These areas are modular and can be subdivided according to specific needs. Ceiling heights vary from 6 to 15 meters, allowing for a wide variety of industrial or logistical uses.
Space types
- Production: Up to 28,300 m² available, divisible upon request
- Logistics: Several halls between 4,500 and 8,000 m², with side and rear loading docks
- Laboratories: Spaces from 50 to 500 m², equipped for applied research
- Offices: Areas from 150 to 800 m², with meeting rooms and high-speed connectivity
Infrastructure and equipment
The site is equipped with technical infrastructure suited to demanding industrial operations:
- High-voltage electricity (63,000 V, max capacity 25 MW)
- Industrial steam (200°C, 4.5 MW)
- Compressed air (6 bar, 13,000 Nm³/h)
- Natural gas
- Cooling water network
- Safety systems: sprinklers, access monitoring, water purification station
Accessibility and location
Located in the heart of the Port Autonome de Strasbourg, the site benefits from multimodal accessibility:
- Road: Direct access to highways A35, A355, and A5 (Germany)
- Rail: Direct connection to the rail network, near the Paris-Berlin axis
- River: Logistics connection via France’s second-largest inland port
- Air: Five international airports within two hours
A bus stop and a bike path link the campus to downtown Strasbourg, making commuting easy for employees.
Leasing conditions
Spaces are divisible and adaptable to specific requirements. Leasing conditions (rent, charges, legal terms) are currently being defined. Shared services may be offered depending on the number of companies present on-site.
